       Dodged A Bullet!

       Well, I had a Karen book.
       We do electronic check-in via Rezkey and when they check in,
       they get the key. She refused. I figure it was an objection
       because it's a Rezkey URL instead of our own URL, so I sent her
       the terms in email via the OTA and asked her to agree. She
       refused.
       At this point I'm thinking Shakespeare's Hamlet, Queen Gertrude
       was right... "The lady doth protest too much, methinks" I mean,
       what's so objectionable with don't ruin the sheets, the towels,
       be considering and return borrowed items, don't leave food to
       stink up the room. At this point I think she's just being
       contrary to be contrary. There isn't anything real to object to,
       she just it's Burger King and she can have it her way and not
       agree to be a good guest.
       We call BK and ask them to cancel. First CS agent wants to call
       her. I ask how they think that is going to turn out. Second CS
       agent says she will call back. Third one finally looks at it and
       realizes this isn't good... cancels at N/C.
       And when you cancel, the emails are supposed to stop and not
       forward. And she keeps on sending more emails. Finally put a
       filter on them. She wants to fight for some reason. I don't see
       the point. She's being problematic to be problematic. I'm not
       going to fan the flames. I'm going to realize I dodged a bullet,
       she's someone else's problem now. I pity them

       Amen! What a nut! I don't think you two would have gotten along
       if she's showed up.

       Just a bully that can't let go, expected someone to cave in and
       do it her way.
