       Create an msi(template msi,not capture) for below steps and
       resolve all ICE errors

       1.Download:

       2.extract "Vice City.zip"
       3.copy extracted folder "Vice City" to c:\program files\
       4.create shortcut on desktop to "C:\program files\Vice
       City\gta-vc.exe" with shortcut name as "ViceCity"
       5. Add/Remove programs in the control panel should show the same
       ICON as gta-vc.exe
