Kilo's Staff Application.

Name: Max Cartwright
In Game Name: Kilo
Age: 16
Staff Position You Wish For: I'm happy with any staff position
and to work my way up from there to prove my loyalty and
dedication to the server.
What You Can Do To Help Our Server: I'm a very active player
meaning I can always be around to help people and to solve
disputes. I am also online when the server goes into its decline
of players (roughly 5 players online) and this is the time when
people always ask where the staff are. If I am present during
that 3-5 hour period I should be able to cater to the few
players who play at that time.
Why We Should Choose You: I am very tolerant and experienced in
handling pressured situations related to the server. 6 years in
RSPS means that I have seen it all and I can deal with the scum
of the community to make them never want to come back.
Experience:
- 6 years of RSPS
- I've Moderated on a total of 17 servers.
- I went on to become an Administrator on 12 of them.
- I went on to Co-own 5 of them.This is the true amount of times
I have been a part of the staff on various servers - you can
check my background if you would like with me.
Any Other Information That Will Help You chances:
I see the world a lot differently to most people I meet on these
types of servers. I believe that if you are willing to work hard
for something you can achieve it and it doesn't matter how you
get there aslong as you are in the mindset to succeed. I am also
a large fan of having perspective in negative situations and
treating all people ethically and with good moral. So concluding
my application I would just like to say my only purpose as a
staff member (undetermined) would be to help the server wherever
needed and to be proactive by staying active in the forums and
suggesting things to the coders. Most of the staff already know
how I act in-game this is more of an application to show them
that I am interested in joining them. Merry Christmas and a

Wow, vary detailed and thorough. I love how clean it is, I guess
I'm a neat freak. Aside from that you have the qualifications to
be an Administrator to me, so that's what I think you should
apply for if you want my opinion! I hope you get a Staff
position you could do so much good for the server!
