       I request
       Melissa gets demoted
       and hire Ashley.
       She's amazing at doing stuff. She really does a job

       No. I like Melissa and she is controlling her job.
       Melissa will not be demoted
       and Ashley will not be hired right at the moment, She's new
       here.
