When will I receive my products?
Products are delivered within 48 hours after payment through our
site's built-in systems. Within 48 hours after payment, you will
receive a PM leading you through the delivery process. The 48
hours start once the payment has reached our end. Orders may be
delayed by holidays. You may request expedited delivery from
sellers. Some of our sellers do offer faster delivery for a
small fee.

Custom products are delivered within 2 weeks after payment per
custom product. Each custom product is carefully hand crafted by
our team of developers and tested by our staff. Lots of time and
work go into making your custom products.
How do I report an ad containing a scam, stolen art, Hackers?
Every topic has a button "report to moderator" button Under the

Are my products under warranty?
Unfortunately no. If a software no longer works and i can't fix
it then there is nothing i can do. You buying from this market
takes on the responsibility
of knowing someday it might not work. All though i will try my
absolute best to keep programs updated.
Are my black-market products under warranty?
I offer a 4 month guarantee from the purchase date, If the
product is removed i will give full credit amount as store
credit, to ether be spent on IMVUElite merchant or purchase
towards another room, I will always first try to see if i can re
upload the room. You buying from this market takes on the
responsibility of knowing someday it might be taken although i
will always try satisfy my customers.
Will my products work on MACs and mobile phones?
None of our products have been tested on MACs, apples, nor
iAnything. Neither have our products been tested for mobile
phones nor tablet devices. You will need a computer to use our
products.
I’ve lost my password!
Don’t panic! While your password cannot be retrieved, it can
easily be reset. Visit the login page and click I’ve forgotten
my password. Follow the instructions and you should be able to
log in again shortly.
What is my rank and how do I change it?
Ranks, which appear below your username, indicate the number of
posts you have made or identify certain users, e.g. moderators
and administrators. In general, you cannot directly change the
wording of any board ranks as they are set by the board
administrator. Please do not abuse the board by posting
unnecessarily just to increase your rank. Most boards will not
tolerate this and the moderator or administrator will simply
lower your post count.
