"Losing Means Certain Death"
"The Hunger Games have begun"
There is a country in this world, known as 'Panem' holds the
Hunger Games, it's an all-out battle for fame, fourtune, and
simply 'food'.
The games were created as a punishment when District Thirteen,
which no longer exists uprised the capitol.
Ever since then, the games were held annually, each year.
There are Twenty-four contestants, each ranging from the age of
Twelve and Eighteen, the contestants are drawn at random during
'The Reaping', and event held each year to decide those who
compete in the Hunger Games.
The contestants are then set into an 'arena', where they are
layed out to pretty much simply kill each other. One person is
the butcher, while the others are pigs lined up for slaughter,
it's as simple as that, but it is unknown who this 'Butcher' is.
This is the Eightieth Hunger Games
May the odds be ever in your favor.

//ARENA 'SETTING'//
The Arena is a sort of combination, as the Capital decided to
spice it up abit this year, and to make the players meet up with
each other abit more; there are only THREE water locations,
though they are quite large. One is a stream which runs through
the 'forest' part of this map, it ends at a pool on the brink of
the snow-capped mountains. There is a lake in between the middle
of the forest and mountain terrain, while the Snow counts as
another body of water.
The Forest is a sort of lush, green sort of thing. Sakura, Pine,
Hemlock, Oak, and Willow are spread throughout the area, making
it seems quite beautiful. Mockingjays inhabit the area, their
beautiful cries are usually heard throughout the arena. Killer
wasps tend to sit around in the Pine trees though, so beware. A
variety of berry bushes are found through out the area- some
could keep you alive, while some could kill you.
The Mountain 'area' is seemingly like your normal, rocky
snow-caped mountain which holds mountain lions and all sorts of
creatures like that.
It's only suggested you stay here because of the seemingly
endless supply of water.

//RULES, ACCEPTIONS, AND PUNISHMENTS//
1~ Please don't kill off another character without their
permission. Though, you MAY kill that character even if they
don't give you permission, but only if that is if I see it fit
in the situation. There will then be a sort of 'race' to see who
replies first, the character that is to die may flee if they
type fast enough.
The person making the kill is not permitted to post for that
character again until the next day. In other words; you have to
wait twenty-four hours.
2~ Don't make a 'Gary-Sue' or 'Mary-Sue' character. I hate these
things. Nobody in this real world is perfect and carries no
flaws, so a character you made up shouldn't be either. This
means your character shouldn't be 'The smartest thing ever'
aswell as 'A Wonderful Fighter'. They've GOT to have some
disadvantages.
3~ Don't 'powerplay' or go into God Mode. Your character
shouldn't be perfect, and they shouldn't be 'all mighty and
invicable'. This is EXTREMELY unfair in a Hunger Games roleplay,
and if I notice some God Mod or Powerplay the character you
'killed' will be 'brought back to life' on the spot, and your
character along with you will be eliminated from the roleplay.
4~ There is a strict two-characters competing in The Hunger
Games rule. The characters may not represent the same district
and must be from different ones. I don't advise you make both
your character similiar.
5~ Don't have your sponsors floating gifts in every five seconds
you need something. If I see this your district will become
'vulnerable', meaning that any other district is permitted to
steal from you and get away with it. In other words, other
districts will gain what you once gained, and take it away from
you. While you will be able to do nothing.
6~ I simply hate copy-cats, and I advise your character to be as
orginal as possible. Meaning no, I don't want your character to
have a 'contract with a demon', your character to be 'the son of
satan' or any of that nonsense. I'll warn you that I've seen
quite abit of animes, mangas, movies, I've read alot of books,
so I know a copy-cat when I see one, Copy-Cat's character will
not be accepted, though they are aloud to have things similiar
to another character, as we all aren't perfectly creative.
7~ This Hunger Games may or may not have two winners, but if you
do want two winners, there won't be two if everyone imitades
Katniss and Peeta by acting all lovey-dovey. In other words, I
don't advise you imitate any of the original characters when it
comes to what they do.
8~ Things thrown at random will be decided by the 'capital',
which are me and another person I see trustworthy and fit to
'lead'. If a member 'unleashes' anything at random it 'won't
count', and there is a likely chance that The Capital will throw
something that affects YOUR little 'team' and YOUR little team
alone.
9~ It may sound unfair how if ONE person decided to mess around,
more than that person is punished. But this is the hunger games,
and besides, you shouldn't rebel against us. This is the
Capital. When One Person does anything 'unlawful' everyone
possibly 'accosiated deeply' with them will be punished aswell.
10~ Anime Style pictures are not encouraged, though they are
accepted. 'Real life' things would be much more encouraged.
11~ Don't make all your little 'hunts' or berry-pickings
sucessful and quite flawless. Your character shouldn't be eating
up a storm or anything during the games, if more than anything
they should be starving half to death. In other words; don't
over-hunt. If I see this at least three times, I sic something
menacing unto you.
12~ Similiar to the rule above, don't be finding water every
five seconds. Water is a thing I'm deciding to make a 'rare' and
'precious' thing. There will be only three locations with this,
despite the snow-capped mountains I decided to throw in.
13~ If you have veiwed these rules thoroughly, please add
'KuroNeko' to any part of your application.
14~ NO. Characters from the back are not aloud. This is NOT a
quater quell, this is the eighteith Hunger Games, meaning new
tributes, new everything.
15~ It'd please me if you have at least watched the movie and
read the book. If you application seems abit 'suspicious' I'll
question you, and you'll probaly need to re-make your
application.
16~ iYes, you may roleplay as people your characters might of
known from their life back in their districts, but please note
that they are MERELY SPECTATORS AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING BUT WATCH.
If you 'Breaks into Arena and saves so and so' the I, the
Capital, will hunt you down, and kill you mercilessly in the
most brutal and sadastic way possible, not to mention show it on
Television, and make your friends and families watch it over and
over and over again.
17~ Have fun out there, and may the odds be forever in your

This is my application, x3. All other Applications will also be
placed here.

She's a sort of shorter girl with bright blue eyes. Ib wears a
red ribbon with a 'clock' engraved into it, so it acts more like
a pin. Her hair is somewhat messy, though it's not as bad as
most. She's usually seen in bright, white clothes with crimson
here and there, as she doesn't like the colour black and would
rather reveal herself, considering this is no place of danger.
Ib's hair is short and reaches to probaly just above he
shoulder, while her bangs are completely uneven and some parts
of it even stick up, of course, she never bothers to fix this,
even though her parents always ask her to do it.

IB (Pronounced 'Ebe' or 'Eve') Haruko
Age: Twelve
Gener: Female
District: Twelve
Personality: Ib is a sort of bright girl, seemingly sort of
'innocent' at first, though despite what she may seem to be she
into some violence at times, though usually it's just books,
books, and practicing with an arrow every once in awhile. She
likes books quite abit, though the reason is unknown, but
whatever the reason is, it's made he quite smart, though she
doesn't know praticly the 'perfect battle strategies' or
anything. Pretty much just what plants to eat, what not to eat,
what to avoid, and all that stuff. Ib is also a sort of
'tomboy', you could call it that if anything. Though she isn't
one of those people that are basically boys in a girls body, no,
she's more lady-like than that. Usually she folds a sort of
polite, yet whenever she feels like it, she can also be childish
and taunting towards those.
History: Ib isn't exactly a person with a 'hard past' or
anything of the sort. Her parents were fairly rich when it came
to District Twelve, and they were able to aford alot of luxeries
most weren't able to. Such as hot water, a Television that
actually worked, good clothes, Food that wasn't stale or old,
and alot of other things. Ib wasn't exactly ever 'exposed' much
to The Hunger Games much, and really she didn't understand it at
all until she was about five. But when she was five, she was
actually tempted to try to compete and enter. She'd seen plenty
of people volunteer, so that's what she planned to do when she
was twelve, though she probaly won't even need to. Sometimes she
can't help but think if this is 'exactly what she wants' though.
The Games might end anyone's lives.
But it could also make their lives more pleasant and carefree.
That's enough to take the risk of dying to her.
'Specalities': She's quite good with a bow and arrow, though she
isn't the best, and far from it actually. IB only knows how to
hit squirrels, rabbits, deer along with a few other things, and
they aren't perfect showed either, as most usually damage the
body. Though, her lack in skill with weapons are covered up with
her quick wits, but she might have some trouble with that too,
as all her knowledge comes from simple books she's read.
Extra: She wears a red ribbon with a golden 'clock' in the
center. It's a sort of 'pin-on' thing, and she treasures it
dearly, as her mother had given it to her after the reaping.
Sometimes she says the clock, which moves slowly but sometimes
quickly indicates how long she has left to live.
