Tim is going to be kind enough to do Mod prep or training. He
will give you tips, hints and helpful knowledge when it comes to
being on any staff team. Pm him with any questions you have or
post here.

How does one know what staff do/cannot do?
My answer; Staff are given certain roles that they are expected
to uphold. They are given certain assignments.
Why are certain staff chosen/will they get upgraded?
My answer; Because some staff have great characteristics, have
staffed before, or know how to do certain things in-game/on a
forum. No one picked favorites.
Why do some staff members stay at their rank while others get
higher up?
My answer; Becuase some staff members are getting the extra time
to know how the staff works. If you don't get put up with
anot5her staff, don't worry! Their job gets harder, and yours
stays easy. ;). Besides, it's just all based on preference.
How do staff work on a day-to-day basis?
My answer; (I) personally work on a daily 'run thorugh the
forum, post, check staffly stuff, ect. I don't post a lot
because school eats away a ton of time.
How well can a staff member get along with others?
My answer; Fairly well, considering your part of a team effort
and it colud end poorly if you decide to break rules. ;)
Where can I sign up to be a staff member?
My answer; Whenever Tim/another admin says so. But please don't
horde us with staff PMs unless you have a decent amount of
posts, and know your way around. ^^[/center]
