I think we'd better wait until the vote is over to do staffing.
Not to be mean or anything. x3
but all of you, members and staff of IF, are welcome to visit
our forum.
and, just to stress this: Take it from me, if no one else. I
don't lie, and many of you know that. Ritza has NOTHING to do
with ANYTHING IK does. Simply nothing. If you don't believe me,
take a look at the forum. Ritza isn't even a member of IK. We as
a team have no contact with her whatsoever, and we prefer to
keep it that way.
Ritza HATES Impressive Kingdom.
I don't mean to drag on the subject, but there seems to be a
trust issue here. I want everyone to be able to feel comfortable
around IK, not be wary or fearful of it because of Ritza's
attempted rule of it. Nesbael (Nessie) has always been in charge
of IK, but Ritza, (before the dispute between her and Nessie)
made it sound like she led the whole IK project. I'm telling you
that Ritza is gone, and she absolutely despises Nessie AND IK.
She wants nothing to do with it anymore, she has ITr to deal
with.
Sorry for the speech guys, ehehe, but I felt like I needed to
say that.
Any of the IF staff think this needs to be removed from this
thread, feel free to do so.

I'm just going to be full-on honest here, and state my oppinion.
Personally, I prefer and like the way things are now.I like
Impressive Ferai, and the community, and I prefer not to be
merged with another community.I'd rather we keep the staff that
we have here, and merging with another community is a big thing,
that should be thought out.
I'd rather that we wouldn't get involved with another community,
because I really like how things are now.Which is why I joined
in the first place (And because Kid invited me~), because it has
no drama whatsoever.
I just like things the way they are, is all I'm saying. :/

I agree with A.K. I feel that we should remain a small, tight
knit group. I'm also iffy on being a MiT on a bigger community,
and I'd rather be confident in my abilities on a small forum
than worrying about my skills on a bigger one.

proposal of this merger.

My own personal opinion is that we should not merge,
We are not a big community and still rising up to be more known,
and I am happy that we are a small community,
And I think it would be hard to merge, it means a whole new
forum, and new experience and disagreements, why?
Maybe because if IF and IK we merged, there might be big
disagreements between staff with ideas in forum and in game.
Fights in game might start too if we merged, mainly due to
items. We don't want to be item obsessed community like
Impressive World do we? Well, the whole item thing might happen
because combined of the total of IF members and IK members and
the new coming clueless members. And maybe there might be
hacking, scamming, item stealing and trolling in the merged game
if we merged due to huge community. I don't want this and I
don't like this, even if we merged. No I wouldn't leave the
forum after it merged but I just doubt it isn't a very good idea
to do so. I'd rather be in a nice, small, friendly, respectable,
helpful and managed community than a bizarre, gigantic,
obsessive, rude and messed up one. So I completely disapprove
with the idea. + We are moving forums soon so I am not really
approving about the whole merging with IK thing. Just how AK
said.
