Doubt

It appears others are doubting my abilities and such. No don't
worry its alright. To be honest i appreciate it when someone
doubts me. Why? because that encourages me to work harder and,
when someone adds on complaints to there doubt it only helps me
improve. If any of you, even staff from another server have
doubts or some serious questions ask. I will answer and, listen
to them to the best of my ability. As a added bonus I,m willing
to let Haruhi do interviews with anyone who wishes to know more
information, or just want to ask questions to the main planner.
Haruhi is indeed the main planner shes sorta like the organizer.
So questions about how were going to do things, or even
questions on future plans can be answered better by her then
anyone. Me and, the rest of the staff are far too busy to do any
live chats. Once we get a lot of work done and have a easy day
Me, Kyoya or, Another Programmer will do a live chat. P
Note: If you want to schedule a interview you need to talk to
Haruhi, the best form of contact is through Me, Kyoya, or Kid.
Or you could pm her on the ImpressiveFerai DA page.

It's really great to see you're handling those kinds of doubts
well, as they are understandable.
Many people talk big on their servers, but nothing gets done.

Trust me I've had my own doubts on this server being as big of a
success as me and the others planned, but there will always be
things we must be concerned about that could ruin the success.

If you ask me, I do think the interviews would help clear up any
confusion or questions people have.

Tim, with how you speed through things trying to get them done
as fast as humanly possible, its no wonder why you make so many
mistakes.(unless your just being a troll >_>)
You really need to slow down and take your time on things.

I'm very glad that the staff are doing everything they can to
ease doubts -- But what about doubts about /myself/? What if I
doubt myself?

What do you mean? If someone has doubts about a staff member or
anything like that they should Pm a Head Admin

anything like that they should Pm a Head Admin
