       Theese are the guidelines that you agree to before posting on
       our forum.
       No abusive or bullying language, be respectful of everyone and
       everyone's view on this forum. This is for you to engage with
       us. The agenda items will be heard at the meeting but your name
       will be kept confidential. During meetings, a poll may pop up
       for you to vote from. All topics will be available within one
       hour before the meeting at least giving you time to read through
       the topics and give your opinions.
       Please be aware that we do have the right to ban users from
       using this online service. Here's how to get banned, if you
       really want to.
       Step 1: Warning from an admin. You will be warned by an admin if
       you break the rules.
       Step 2: You will be banned for the duration of the meeting. You
       will receive a message from an admin first though.
       Step 3: Continue this for the next meeting and you will be
       banned for the duration of any meetings via this site. You will
       have to come in person to the next meeting.
