He's only been flying for 3 months and loves the game.

I love the 262 once in the air; It's a pleasure to fly. I
remember when it first came to IL2. I was so eager to try it,
and set so many engines on fire on takeoff that I just lost
interest.

And thinking about it: I can't imagine a worse bird to use in a
scramble mission LOL
