No plane of the week this week

I am taking a break from the Plane of the Week. I have been
doing the thread now for a year and a half and feel like I am
getting a little stale with it. This coming weekend I will be 68
years old so I plan to relax and over-indulge while I still can.
It is wonderful to share a birthday with a great man and get a
3-day weekend out of the deal.
Plane off the week will be back eventually, either as the
current thread or as some other WW2 historical discussion topic.
In the meantime, let me thank all of you for your conscientious
participation in the discussions. It gave me a lot of fun and
made me feel good.

Yes, you've done a good job with this and have a real talent for
it... Results are proof as the page hits show, and we all
appreciate your good efforts! By all means relax and enjoy your
birthday! If you feel like doing it again, great... no doubt
all will enjoy it, but if not, surely everyone will be sad but
still appreciative of all your effort/commitment and be
understanding/supportive about it.
A big thank you, for such informative articles that no doubt
have helped many understand/consider Real Life planes versus
Game planes.
