Thank to one STA 3.4 fan now we've got standart vers of this
game for free d/l:

Just put your cursor on string with subject archive than click
to down arrow appeared on the right.
Readme file in EN.
PS: don't forget about requirements, it must be Windows 7 or
Windows XP as well. But you can also try to use this game in
compatibility mode with Win 10.
