       Open Positions: Mage

       So, before I go filling every important role in the concilium
       with NPCs, I figured I'd open up some positions for PCs to play
       their characters having!
       The Hierarch: Filled by an NPC. Basically the king of Boston.
       The Council: Major advisor to the Hierarch. Four of these are
       needed. Each Councilor will need to be a member of a cabal I
       will be designing.
       Justicar: Mage police! There are several of these. They answer
       to the Council, and enforce the law.
       Herald: A social character would do really well here. A Herald
       is basically the person who delivers decrees, summons, requests,
       and other information from the Council to the mages in the
       concilium. They are also the mage's point of contact for the
       Council, as well, making them an important go-between in both
       directions.
