Hi zxwarrior.
To be honest we've surpassed our quota by taking in an extra 2
unique staff positions, however I would hate to deny such a good
application considering I know you pretty well in game and know
you would make an excellent addition.
We will have to discuss first as we may have to give you a
developers position. Please give us some additional time to
process this application, however I can confidently say you have
made the team as of now.

Hi zxwarrior.
You can ignore my first post it was kinda a scramble to say
something before I was able to consult with our decisions board.
Between the short time that we've seen this application and
we've discussed it, we have agreed that it wouldnt hurt to bring
in the next Moderator a bit faster than we expected.
So I and the Operator team would like to congratulate you and
welcome you aboard the staff here at Icraft.
You are familiar with the ts, this server and normal server
operations so I will cut it short.
We will place you as a jr.mod for a few days with all powers
except for bans and to test you out. Since there isn't a head
Moderator Mods are lead by Administrators (me) but there still
is the Head Developer and the Owner above of you. As a moderator
you will work with I8WHAT specifically as a member of your
group, and the entire team. Mods differ greatly from Developers
since you will be spending more time at the keyboard or on TS
than on the mouse building, though you still will have access to
fly and creative. After a few days getting used to your commands
as a Jr.Mod you will be made a full Moderator with a license to
kill!

Thank you very much for your application zxwarrior and like
JonDoe101 stated, we welcome you to the staff team. You will
have access to the following commands as Jr. Moderator:
These are all pretty much self explanatory also.
- Broadcast - This will broadcast server messages to players.
- Clearinventory - This is used to clear a person's inventory.
- Invsee - This looks into a players inventory to look at their
items.
- Jail/unjail - This will jail a player until you or other
mods/admins unjail them.
- Kick - This will kick a player from the server for a moment.
- Kill - This will kill any player specified.
- Mute - This will mute any player specified until you or
someone else unmutes them (To unmute just mute the player again)

diplomatist and I plan at startig a faction contest [if i ger

We think you would be more suited to be a Moderator, so we chose
the Moderator option for the positions you were applying for.
As a Moderator your job will be to basically just monitor the
chat box, and be sure everyone is playing fair and not griefing.
You will have a variety of tools like force teleport, vanish,
kick, mute and so on; to help you better do your job.
To begin your training you will start out as a Helper, which is
a basic title rank which shoes you are in query to become a full
part of the staff and you may undergo minor training during this
time. From there, specifically moderators progress in to Junior
Moderators, which are moderators basically without ban, vanish
or force teleportation. Eventually which I would say about 2
weeks as each training position undergoes a weeks duration, you
will be made a regular moderator and can work from there to get
more promotions or just to be a part of the staff.
We will contact you later on to schedule the TeamSpeak
interview. If you are unavailable to do a TeamSpeak interview,
let us know if skype is a better option. All staff is required
to be able to use TeamSpeak or a form of voice communication
with there higher-ups. If this is a big problem for you please
let us know immediately, as we may need to reject your
acceptance.

with their issies at a server and the owner putted me on the
moderators.
Why you think you deserve staff?: Because i played minecraft for
at least 5 years now and i have became an experienced minecraft
playe. I think i have the ability to improve and make the server
more interesting !!!
What will you do if you are staff?: I will improve the server by
helping newbies,building structure's , games and other stuff to
entertain the new-coming.
How active are you?: I am on 6+ hours the day. 3-4 hours at the
morning and 3-5 hours at night!!!

Wait-Listed!
Hi HakAsh, before I go in to depth about being Wait-Listed, I
want to assure you it is a good thing! It basicly means since we
only accept 2 staff per every 2 weeks, there was not room for
you this week so your gonna be automatically accepted in the
next 2 weeks. 2 weeks can seem like a long amount of time but
this helps prevent an overgrowth in staff size and prevent a too
high user to staff ratio.
Just rest, play the game and have fun for the next 2 weeks.
Also, if you are not currently able to do so, please prepare
yourself for the TeamSpeak interview. All staff is required to
have TeamSpeak and be able to interview with us, so if your not
currently able to do so please prepare by getting TeamSpeak3. If
that is not possible then you should get skype. If this is a
major issue please let us know asap as we may need to revoke
your current acceptance. Your interview will take place this
week though you will not be officially accepted in 2 weeks.

Postponed.
Due to the high amounts of applications we are receiving, we
will postpone our decision to 1 week from today. This is not a
wait list, acceptance or denial, this just means we are dealing
with too many applications at this time.
