Fire With Fire??

Hi all,
My friend and wonderful author Siobhan Vivian just dropped a big
box of author copies of her book Fire with Fire off at the
library as donations. I wanted to see if there was any interest
in reading them for book club. It's the 2nd book in a series
she's writing with Jenny Han. You could all have your own
personal copies and I bet she would come to the discussion if
you wanted her to. The first book is Burn for Burn and I also
have copies of that (even an audio copy you could have for free,
Derrick!)
I've read these books and I like them apart from the fact that I
know Siobhan. They're realistic fiction with a tinge of the
supernatural, about 3 girls who decided to take revenge on some
of the elite at their school for various reasons, described in

I read the goodreads page for the first book, and it sounds
good! I've been wanting to expand my reading horizons this
summer, so I'm up for reading this book!

I looked it up and it does sound amazing, and it would be
wonderful to have an author come to a book club meeting. If
everyone else is willing to do so, I think it will be a good
choice for our next book.

Hi Guys,
I totally think we should read her books so we can have more in
depth conversations with her. She wrote The List which is the
only one of her books that I've read, so I'd like to read both
of these.
Gosh I'm so glad there are book nerds out there who get my
nerdiness (that's a compliment NOT an insult) :)
To get this straight, scorpions next, then thrones, then
Siobhan's book for late sept?
Let me know if I have this correct.
