New Zealand recommendations

If any of you have been to South Island in the Queenstown area,
I'd be interested in your ideas re a trip I have coming up in
November. I'll be in the Queenstown area.... Mt. Cook and
Tekapo is as far north as I plan to go and Milford and Te Anau
on the south. I'll be there a couple weeks and have made
reservations here and there. Don't want to take up class time
on this so if anyone has input please email me at:
craig.marvil@gmail.com
Thanks, Craig

Dear Craig,
I would like to offer you some information from the trip I made
almost 20 years ago. My rout was driving from Christchurch to
Greymouth (stay over night)
Queens town (stay two nights)
Teanau ( stay over night and trip to Milford Sound)
My. Cook ( stay over night)
Denudedn ( stay overnight)
Christchurch
I recall the route from Greymouth to Queens town and Mt. Cook
area were the most exiting places for our interests.
I hope this may be of some help to you and you will have a
fantastic trip. People in Newzeal Land are really nice and warm.
But foods are a lot desired.

Thanks for the information. I'll check on Greymouth. I have a
couple nights at Mt. Cook and I did book an overnight in Milford
Sound as well as Te Anau. We will be hiking as well as
photography.

Sounds good. I forgot to mention that I stayed one night between
Greymouth and Queenstown. The area is close to the gracer of
which I forgot the name but it is famous so you will have no
problem to find.
