Cityville is the best - I'm level 67 ::)
I used to do Frontierville but my computer is too slow
Bejewleed Blitz is annoying but very addictive
Best phone apps:

Mine's Hotel City you can make your own hotel and it's very
addictive.
And one of my other favourites is Monopoly Millionaires you can
make your own monopoly board, build houses and hotels. And it's
taken a board game into a computer game that you can play with
friends. ;D :D ;) :)
