says to ALL: The satchel was heavy as I placed it on the table,
reading the missive that we back to the same old stuff happening
again I kept thinking what a nuisance, but nuisances don't stay
around long... but on a brighter note, Kaleb has been back so
that's a good thing, removing my gloves and cloak I move to the
small store and fill a cup with blackwine, things will get back
to normal once more that my schedule has cleared somewhat.

says to ALL: I had been exploring again today and had discovered
something I believed Mistress would find interesting if not
intriguing. One of the huge caverns discovered while I was
traipsing over Hulneth was that massive that I couldn't pass up
the opportunity to enter the thing to see if there really wasn't
some undiscovered treasure that lied within it. Of course, I
based this on my imagination and nothing else. Though, hadn't
there been some talk or other that had been going around that
prior to Hulneth becoming as it was today, that pirates called
this Isle home?
I wasn't sure and I wasn't a historian either and wondered if
Mistress might know considering her cousin now ran Hulneth? I
was excited to ask her but at the same time I wasn't sure how to
approach her either so decided that the best way to do that was
to be me...and since I had seen her enter the hut from where I
had been watching the builders from the shed, I figured now was
as good a time as any.
I entered the hut without so much as a how was your day to
Waratah and went right to Mistress, melted to Tower and began
talking fast so much fast that I had to catch my breath so I
could catch up with what I was saying, but it probably sounded
something like this to her,
"Mistress!! while
iwasoutandaboutexploringhulnethicameacrossbigcavernsthatithinkholdtreasuressomewherebutalsocouldbeusedasasecretplacetocomeandgo!!!
(Translation: "Mistress!! while I out and about exploring
Hulneth I came across big caverns that i think hold treasures
somewhere but also could be used as a secret place to come and
go!!!

main hall through the Farm of Nyah and slowly making their way
through the village '' Pity i was wanting to 'ave a drink with
Ha'ja Camden , perhaps another time the Ha'ja would grant me a

pause as well as an opportunity to look at you in a way I hadn't
looked at you before. I was trying to determine if you were
being serious with me or not. I hadn't been in your collar for
very long and there was much I still didn't about you or of
Hulneth for that matter. I hadn't intended for you to discover
my meanderings about Hulneth in this manner but the gianni was
out of the bag so to speak and there wasn't anything I could do
about it. Not now. As for Waratah? I knew she didn't like to get
dirty and the few times an invitation had been extended for her
to join me had been met a face that stated I wasn't in my right
mind, accompanied by a loud "NO!".
I was now in a predicament I hadn't seen coming and was now
trying to figure out how to get out of it.
I am not familiar, of course, with Hulneth's history, Mistress,
and, as I usually do when I get nervous or excited, began
talking fast again,

(and that translates to: 'It wasn't as if I was trying to hide
anything from you but i wanted to get to know Hulneth since its
now where I live because you live here and my chores were always
done first before I left the hut.")
Even in the early hours of the morning the posts were manned
with Torvi Guards and any who entered the cove would hear the
horns sound... all on duty guards would take on Défense mode
until all was cleared... and the sound from the horn confirmed
the visitors were friendly
As your ship rounds the south tip of hulneth you would see the
large mountains with snow caps leaning round the village... a
protective embrace...The Guards at the outpost would send
messages with Lights to you.. letting you know that past the
little cove the waters would not be safe or deep enough for
heavy class ships... but the serpents and skiff would be guided
in from above...you could then sail towards the island village,
The beach of pebble and shale greets you with a single wooden
jetty jutting into the Thassa. This is for the serpents to load
up and drop off goods and Visitors.

[Main Hall]
The Main Hall is located in the center of the village.
says to ALL: Pushing the doors of the main hall wide open the
ship slave then guided Karl along the floor of the main hall
over to the furs and set Karl down carefully and return to the
unseen one's side , Karl brought out a pipe stuffing it with a
herb to help with his cough and the wounds he was still healing
from and started to puff on it once the ship slave had lit it
before resting her head onto his side , Slowly Karl looked down
with dim green eyes then sighed a bit making smoke flow out of
his nose holes

without a way to get back out of it. I could only blink up at
you after I had said what I had to say. Of course, there was
more I could say but didn't. How could I tell you that during my
exploration I had discovered an opening that I was able to
squeeze through... of course, the kirtle I had been wearing that
day had joined a pile of worn reps to be used for cleaning
purposes but now your answer has opened the door for more
questions. I was curious. Very curious because the way you said
it made it sound as if Hulneth was shrouded in mystery, so
against my better judgment, I said, "Chores always first
Mistress of me... I promise! Do those who continually approach
Hulneth think that they aren't seen? And, if this is the case.
Why do they continue to do so? Do they not worry there will be
consequences for their continued ignorance?"

says to ALL: Your response to my "confession" took me aback and
all I could do was look at you with a dumbfounded expression. My
thoughts were reeling and I wasn't sure if I was going to throw
up or not... I felt as if my entire world as I knew it was
tilting and that I was about to be taught another lesson that I
either hadn't paid attention to the first time, or I was about
to learn something I would never forget. Most lessons I'd
learned I didn't forget. I just needed reminders on some and
what better way to be reminded that as a slave... a slave that
is owned and whose owner dwells on an island such as this will
always know what their slave has done... where they've gone. Who
they've spoken to at any given time? My head dipped and I
felt... my thoughts were to blame for this, weren't they? I
almost laughed but didn't because this was also an opportunity
for me to get to know who my owner was... and I wasn't about to
pass this by...
My head lifted allowing me to look at you, "Mistress," I began,
shifting in my kneel slightly and continued, "Is it alright
then, to explore Hulneth as long as I don't get in the way of
the extra Men Mistress Nyah has hired or of her established men
so I might know of my new home? Plus... is it true that Hulneth
might be raided? Is there truth to this?" I genuinely wanted to
know, of course. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to know this or
not, but figured I would be told to say nothing or that I
shouldn't pay attention to rumors.

I perked up at hearing this. Arne? I said... I hadn't seen
anyone but I hadn't really been looking either. Who is Jarl
Arne? I asked but didn't expect an answer...probably that LOOK
you always gave when there was something I didn't need to know
or had to know. From the corner of my eye I saw a half-smile but
form and knew there would be no response forthcoming. After an
ehn or so of silence, she waved me away. I rose quietly and
headed toward the kitchen, I was thirsty, and reached for one of
the slave cups.
