Are you good at making connections? Then there is a good chance
that you will also quickly have new ideas. And together you can
make more connections. Although coming up with ideas is easier
with a team, you can also get very far alone. You have several
ways to help yourself collect ideas. Apart from the fact that
you can create an environment for yourself to come up with ideas
faster. In this article I will discuss how to create a pleasant
brainstorming environment for yourself. I also describe
different ways to brainstorm with yourself, other brainstorming
tips and what my solo brainstorms look like in practice.

are most productive. For a large part of the people this is
early in the morning. Some people function better in the
evening. Make sure you have few distractions.

Are you going somewhere to brainstorm? If necessary, only take
paper and some markers with you. Are you going to brainstorm at
home? Then make sure you have a quiet environment without
distractions. Do you really need your computer? Or your phone?
Do you have many people around you? Headphones work wonders! Are
you stuck? Then put the brainstorming aside for a while. Your
subconscious will continue to work. Do you find yourself
procrastinating? Don't be annoyed and let it go for a while. It
can actually help you find ideas. Relax You don't have to make
any decisions during a brainstorming session . The goal is to
collect ideas.
