       SINGLE "ISSUE"
       Back alley mugging in rain perhaps?  Character: Black Diamond
       (Daredevil-esque with minor super strength and healing)
       Mirror action of mugging w/rain.
       It never stops.
       It pours down and washes over everything.
       No rhyme
       No reason
       People constantly getting caught in its wake
       Looking up ... will this rain never cease?

       STARRING: KIP CODY
       The trials and tribulations of Captain Kip Cody and the GPF!
       The love to hate him, can't get right borderline asshat Kip Cody
       manages to successfully lead the GPF in spite of himself.  The
       incompetent to the point of cosmic dumb luck gracing him
       continually, Cody seeks out the worst of the worst in order to
       clean up the space ways for everyone else!
