       The Premise

       Nuevo Pass, Texas is the crown jewel of Mexican/American
       cooperation.  Straddling the Rio Grande the city is true to the
       roots from which it sprouted but also does not hide its
       ambitions.  Very much still a "small town" despite having a
       roughly 300,000 population, Neuvo Pass does have a rather modern
       and upscale city center that is on par/ahead of just about
       anywhere in the world (featuring the "bridge town square" that
       connects the Mexican and American halves of the city center).
       One of the most popular aspects of NPTX is the professional
       wrestling promotion Rio Grande Championship Wrestling.  A former
       member of the NWA, the local/regional promotion is world
       renowned and respected as a hotbed for young talent, a great
       place for aging stars, and for quality of production and
       programming that rivals the "big/main" promotions around the
       world.  It is BIG business and one of the main drivers of the
       economy of NPTX.
       As with anything good though, it brings out the bad.  A big, big
       payday is coming as hometown pro wrestling hero Super Hombre is
       on his retirement tour and has reached out to work a program
       with RGCW to maximize exposure and help get some talent over on
       the global scale as his way of giving back while he's still an
       active in ring competitor.  There's more than one unruly gent in
       NPTX that will try to take advantage of the incoming cash cow.
       As the date approaches the shadows come out and the ugly
       underbelly reveals itself ...
