       Bullis Proving Ground, Undisclosed DoD Joint Operation Base:
       CBRNE, vehicle and weapons testing facilities ... portion of the
       base is to be decommissioned. Material, personnel and supply
       relocation of main operating buildings in sector complete.  Only
       storage and containment units remain ...
       EVENT**********
       Immediate closing off of sector and STAT "bubble dome"
       constructed with 78 personnel still inside. 22 individuals made
       it out before the area was sealed off but are in various states
       of contamination and all have been quarantined.
       The problem, is that the original operation in the early part of
       the century were ALLIED operations which means there are other
       facilities in Europe.
