       Guardian [Inner Demons] Angels
       20yr old home town prodigy comes home for a weekend of R/R while
       on LV from the military.  Already having 3 tour under his belt
       he's seen and done it all.  Way too much experience and reality
       of things for anyone to have gone through.  He comes back to the
       Snappy Food Store he frequented during the formative decade of
       8-18yrs old to find a piece of home, a piece of himself, and
       most importantly comfort he'd not felt since leaving.
       Won't sell sixer .... not old enough.  Same dude behind the
       counter ... situation escalates.
       "I helped watch over you and all the kids man.  You got it from
       ME, not some punk or some shady place ... knew when you got it,
       who was with you, where you were going, what you were doing, how
       much you had ... everything man.  You think it was coincidence
       that OFFICER BALDERAS always showed up after a little good time
       and relaxing could be had, coincidence that it was always you
       and a couple others always trusted to get people home? nothing
       ever done to you? Shit, myself and so many other people in this
       town are down right Guardian Angels to you kids and you don't
       realize it"
       All throughout scenes there's a black cat here and there .....
       end panels:  Standoff with kid holding revolver exploding about
       what he's done ... allowed to do but can't buy a fucking
       beer/etc ... black cat shoots out from store through his legs
       and towards cops ... kid is startled and fires shot, blowing
       half its head off ... instant reaction from cops as they fire on
       him ... "smoke" instead of blood seeping out of cat quasi
       forming a figure before dissipating ...
