       A world that took a different route to the year 2000 finds
       itself on fragile ground with resources and available land.
       Government population control has made life a commodity afforded
       only to the worthy.  Each year the guidelines for who can
       conceive are reappraised and rewritten.  Ever changing rules
       make it near impossible to plan legacies for companies, tosses
       wrenches in inheritances, and has created an ever evolving list
       of issues.  In some instances the government or other agency has
       tried to take advantage of this to gain control or monopolize
       industry, market, etc.
       That's about to change as the Government's [shadow] attempt at
       addressing this issue, The FUTURES Program, is going to be
       played by Bron Cross, Gatiri Hanso, Evlyn Lindley, and Barry
       Blanchard.
