       H.A.R.T. Members:
       Ian Boothe- Long tall Texan from a long line of Military brats
       did a decade enlisted and opted out when the **** hit the fan
       (the "supering up" of the Military).  Free and clear of his
       obligation he'd gone back home to Texas to head up the RTMF
       (Republic of Texas Military Force).
       Buddy Lee- frontline leader and the most grunt grunt you've ever
       seen.  He read Punisher Comics as a kid and wondered why they
       were so tame.  "Castle's heart was in the right place, his mind
       was too ... but why'd they chop his balls off?"
       Tanis Hince- dirty work does her soul good ... does the jobs
       even the old Black Ops crowd would get sick doing.
       Paul E Rickson- Tech savvy and remote operator of Air Support 1
       ...
       Aubrey Marie- Liaison, socialite, all around person expert
       Baddies:
       Screwloose:- Main protagonist, absolute psychopath/crazy/etc etc
       ... trademark spinner beanie/round rim sunglasses and maniacal
       laugh are ever present (original character concept created by
       Sean Simmons in 4th grade)
       The Ring
       Tsan Tri - representing Chinese Triad remnants Jackson Street
       Boys
       Mutoh - representing Japan Leader of the Rising Sons
       Kang Pae - representing the Seven Star of Korea
       Mnan Khunchai - representing Thailand's Chao Pho (Godfathers)
       The Ring are looking to take advantage of the general apathy
       that the United States has seemed to take on after the entire
       "super" shift.  The remaining "normal" country is disarrayed and
       ripe for the taking.  While the Asian lands have embraced the
       change (seeing much of it as prophetic realization) and actually
       enhanced their "normal" state, the Western countries have
       devolved and are tinkering on the verge of social and economic
       collapse.  Opportunity abounds and The Ring is trying
       desperately to acquire the very soul of what remains.
       D-O-D
       Defense Oversight Directorate: The new "militant" governance put
       into effect when the traditional military went out the window
       with the rise of the supers.
