       In the early 2000s the "advanced genetically coded" (superhero)
       beings went from just a minority subset to the single largest
       classification of "human" on the planet.  Quickly they
       established their own population centers and essentially
       separated themselves from those that are merely "human."  The
       "human condition" began to take on a different meaning as the
       once prominent cities, economies, and ideals fell by the wayside
       in favor of what the AGC deemed as important.  The squalor left
       behind reverted the human race to a more animalistic and
       primitive drive.  It wasn't a complete collapse but more of an
       approach.  The systems, methods, and hierarchies still existed
       but the approach was cold and aimed at survival of the few.
       One of the few remaining attempts to keep things "normal" was
       the formation of the Populous Force Protection after the fall of
       the traditional Police and civil protection services.
       As the primal instincts of survival of the strongest re-emerged
       ... a response was formed to cut straight to the HART of the
       matter:
