Male 47- 7:15-7:45 pace depending on race looking to join team

Looking to join a team for my first HTC. Ill run in any leg/
positions that you need filled . I've run 24 races in the last 2
1/2 seasons which includes 5K-8K-10K and half-marathons and just
ran the Rock-N-Roll 1/2 in a 7:30 pace and is currently training
to run my first marathon at the Portland Marathon in October. I
will be running in both the upcoming Vancouver and Foot Traffic
Flat 1/2. My pace is between 7:15-7:45 depending on the distance
of the race. I would love to run in the HTC and be part of your
team!

Any interest in running on a fundraising team to benefits
Providence Cancer Center? Each runner on the team would need to
raise $834 by August 15, 2013. Benefits include; 2013 entry Hood
To Coast, exclusive party at the finish, and swag bag filled

We are a fun, non competitive but energetic team. This is my
22nd team and we had an injured runner this week. If you still

Looking for a runner for van 1, for all male team, we've run H2C
for 30 years. Fun team of guys 40 to 65, and you name a race
guarantee one of us has done it, road races to tri's. Let me
know asap and I'll give you the details.
