45 year old male, 8:30 pace

I'm a 45 year old male. I ran two half marathons this year at
8:40 and 8:25 pace. My fast is 8:00. My slow is 9:00. Will
probably run an 8:20-8:30 pace. I'm scheduled for my first
marathon this fall (Portland). I'm clean, fun, easy,
responsible and come across way younger than my age. ;)

Excellent! You're what we need. Fun team, mostly from Illinois
but also San Fran, Seattle, maybe 1 or 2 other spots, all ages &
abilities. Right now we have a minority of guys. Three of us
have done HTC multiple times, so we probably won't screw it up
