45 Male 7:45 pace - I want to do it!

I'm a 45 year old male in Albany. I have never run HTC before
but will be doing my tenth marathon (9 in the past five years.)
I average a 3:45 or so in the full. I'm obviously not terribly
competitive but I can help you finish!
I'm just looking for a fun group and a chance to be involved.
What Oregon runner doesn't?

Good Day "Deavis",
I'm looking for 3 runners for positions 1, 5 and 11; we are a
relaxed pack, not chasing any specific time; this is my third
one, a few team members have done Ragnar as well; most of the
runners are first timers. If you don't care about team final
time, are not based in the "volunteers needed zone", are willing
to share a hotel room, pick up the associated expenses, get back
to me. I can then provide more details.

Hey there!
We're an 11 person team right now called "Burning Sensation"
that's looking for another spunky person to run with us! We're
varied paces and ages, youngest is 24 oldest is 60. We have 5
men and 6 women. Our average is around 8:30's right now and I'm
definitely looking for someone to bring it home!
Please let me know if you're interested, we're looking forward
to having a bunch of fun, running hard and enjoying the journey!
We also have one more spot at a house in Seaside if you're
interested in staying!
