Hi,
I am team captain for Old Guys Running. We are a supermaster
category team with a 17 year history in Hood to Coast. Last year
we had a team average pace of 9:01 (a bit under 30 hrs total). I
have few spots still open for this years race, and if you're
interested in uphill, I have leg 5 available.

Ken, I would be interested. Jeff Henderson at
boeingman_1@yahoo.com. I varied a lot on time anymore and have
run legs 10 and 11. 5 is going into Sandy, right? Rolling
hills is where I perform the best, with what is left of a
runner's body! Cost is?
