hood to coast newbie -- 36 y.o. female looking to run 7:00ish

I'm new to hood to coast but really want to run! I'm 36. Ran a
3:11 marathon this year, and a few others (boston 2 big sur
3:13, and 3:20). Also a 1:28 half this year. 10k about 40
minutes. Would be nice to run similar pace, but will run with
anyone :)
