       I captain a supermaster women's walking team.  I am waiting to
       hear from some of my teammates whether or not they get on Hood
       to Coast teams since they are also runners.  What are the ages
       of your team and what is the ratio of men and women?  Or does
       mixed mean mixed ages?  Why don't you contact me via the email I
