Volunteer NEEDED - Exchange 6, 5:45p-11:15p on Fri. 8/22

Good afternoon!
My name is Loretta, my brother has a team running HTC this year
and I signed up as a volunteer for Friday, August 22nd, from
5:45pm-11:15pm at Exchange 6 (located at Sandy H.S.).
Unfortunately, due to childcare circumstances for my son, I will
not be able to make it out to my volunteer shift. This late in
the game, you would NOT have to register online as a volunteer
and complete the training. I would just need to give you our
team's information/job assigned/volunteer location and any other
pertinent information you need to know as a volunteer. Note: The
volunteer job I signed up for said that you are more than
welcome to bring a chair to sit in for your shift.

Hello Loretta;
Sorry to hear about your predicament. I will be happy to take
your volunteer spot. I am an 8 times HTC'er but i am not able to
run this year. I am in Sherwood and could be there for the
shift times you specify. I am dependable and an experienced
HTC'er. Always a runner till now. Let me know.... thanks in
