Mixed Team Needs Three Runners

Our mixed team is looking for three runners - male or female.
Our current team consists of runners from Portland, Seattle,
Denver and Albuquerque. We have a few newbies but most of us are
relay veterans out to enjoy the journey.

Hi,
My name is Roger, I'm writing to see if there is still a spot in
your team. I lived in LA for many years and heard a lot from my
friends about their Hood-to-Coast relay. Hv attended relays in
different roads, mountains, even desserts, now I'm training for
the Hawaii Marathon and my average pace is 5'30''-6'00''.
I work for a Gym and running is the most important thing in my
daily life, I would pretty love to join a team if it is
possible. Pls, your early reply would be really appreciated!

Hi! My name is Heather! I am looking for a last running hurrah
before the school year starts! I am easy going and a team
player. I have run the H2C and CLR many times. I am 44 and
running around an 8:20 pace right now. Let me know if I would
be a good fit for your group.

Hi ColoGal,
My name is George and I'd like to be on your Hood to Coast team
if you still have a spot open!
I'm a 32-year old male and regular runner. Ran HTC 4-years ago
and have participated in about 5 races this year:
half-marathons, a 15k, couple 10k and a 5k. My pace is typically
7 to 8min. Tried to get my own team together this past year but
I wasn't picked in the lottery. Would love to be involved and
meet fellow runners!

Hi, I have done the H2C the past 2 years and this year my team
did not get in. I run about an 8 to 830 minute pace. I would

I'd like to throw my name into the ring too! My name is Ana and
I'm a 32 year old female. I'm married with a two year old so a
lot of my training runs are with a jogging stroller, pushing a
36 pound kid up hills :). We just moved to West Linn, OR from
Colorado about 2 months ago. I'm currently training for the
Portland Marathon and have run 9 previous marathons. I have run
3 previous relays in Colorado/Wyoming/Utah/Idaho, but have never
done the Hood to Coast. I typically run about an 8 minute mile
during marathons. I hope you consider me for your team!
