Experienced 47 year old male looking for a team, 7 min pace

This would be my first HTC and would love to join a team. I run
roads and trails for fun and part of my work commute. Competed
in triathlon and marathon distance races. Right now I'm running
pretty consistent 7 minute miles typical training pace. Can go
faster or slower depending on need or terrain. Will gladly run
any legs of the HTC that are open. I'm a local teacher and also
test running shoes.

are you still looking? we are looking for one male runner in
our team from oklahoma and texas. We are a mixed team and vary
in age from mid 20s-60. some runners are centennial
marathoners, boston marathoners, and just runners. I think you

If you don't have a team yet let us know. We're from Washington
DC and are doing HTC for the first time. We had a couple runners
drop recently.

Hey Jim, We need a replacement runner for van 1. Our team has
been running H2C since the second year so we know the ropes. All
