[size=12pt]Hey everyone, I've done hood to coast 5 times, I'd
love to join a team out there if someone has a spot open! I
average 6-7 min/miles. I love meeting new runners and would love
to be a part of this years hood to coast!

Helen we are also looking for a submasters female - we are
semi-competitive, mixed submasters, half the team is in the
5:45-7mpm range, the other half is slower (slowest is 9ish mpm),
1 p.m. start time. I have a detailed post on the other board too

running in the 6:00-7:30 pace range. Looking for 1, maybe 2

We're looking for a runner for Van 1 (runner 1 or runner 4, you
decide). We're a fun, laid-back crowd of farmers and nonprofit
employees. Co-ed, aged 30-43ish. Some of us are pretty good
runners, but we're all mainly here to have a great time. With
