       Mixed submasters team needs ONE female

       We are a semi-competitive submasters team -- tons of fun, on the
       lively colorful end of the spectrum, friendly/welcoming to
       newcomers -- looking for one 30+ female runner.
       About half our team is in the 5:45 - 7 mpm range, and the rest
       are in the 7-9 mpm range. Would love a teammate in the 7-7:30
       range (or faster of course), but we will take fun and easygoing
       over fast, so please let me know if you are interested!
       Most of our team is coming in from Austin, TX, a couple more are
       local/PNW folks. Our "home base" will be in Lake Oswego,
