       Awesome team of female 50+ walkers looking for a teammate! Would
       like you to be able to walk close to a 12 minute mile by race
       day!!

       Are you still looking for a team member?  I am a veteran of ten
       PTC relays between 1993 and 2004. All but one on very
       competitive teams. (One of my teams still holds a course
       record.) I just want to do it one more time.  I will be 74 by
       race day.  I am in the best shape that I have been in for ten
       years, having just lost 50 pounds.   I don't think that I can do
       12 minute miles anymore, but probably 13s. (I did 11s in my
       prime.)  I am training at 13-14.  Since i see you haven't had
       any replies, I suspect that there aren't too many women over 50
       that can do 12 minute miles that aren't already on a team.
