Noncompetive, female team of homeschool moms

A group of homeschooling mom's needs 1 more team member to make
a team of 12.
We're a non-competitive group, with women aged late 20's through
early 50's.
We're meeting once a month in the east Multnomah or Clackamas
county areas to work together for this common goal.

How much would the cost be? Including the van rental (if any),
hotel, race fee.
I have done the race twice before. First time in 2011 (two legs)
and again in 2013 (three legs). I live in Vancouver.
