eager F 45 runner looking for a team out for fun

Hi, my name is Penrhynn. I live in Forest Grove I am 45 yo and
run 10:00-12:00 pace depending on conditions. I have run HTC the
last 2 years and am eager to have another adventure. I just
recently completed my first full marathon and have run numerous
halfs, 10ks, and 5ks. I am looking for a local mixed or female
team that is non-competitive. I come with great snacks, a
massage gun, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor. Email at
