Thank you for looking. I have since found a team.
I've run Hood to Coast 6 times, most of the time I've run leg 9
(the long one). Last year I ran it in an average of 6:10. I'm
only getting faster. That being said, I'm not necessarily
competitive. I've been on several relay teams and all of them a
mixed bag, from those faster than me to those running 12:00.
I'm a great runner but I don't need to be on a competitive team
(not that I'd say no to such a team, either).

I'm headed to
Boston with a qualifying time of 3:11:06, and hoping to get
under 3 hours at Boston. I've been placing in my age group in
the last several races I've run and starting to place overall in
the single digits. So, I'm fast. I can handle the longer legs
if needed. I can boost your average pace and get you a starting
time that's not super early in the morning.
I'm a good runner, but I'm also good fun to be around. I know
how to have a good time on a relay. Teams keep inviting me
back, so that counts for something. Unfortunately my regular
HTC team didn't get selected this year, so I'm running rogue.
