       Hey! My name is Makana and if you need a gal to take the long
       legs, I'm your lady! I am not a runner, but love long distance
       hiking and backpacking. I have done both Hood to Coast and
       Portland to Coast several times, so I know the drill, caffeine,
       cozy sweats and a positive attitude! My average pace walking is
       about 12-15 minute miles. Not fast, but will be the life of the
       party! Let me know if you need a another member!
