41F looking to join team!

Hi all! I’m searching for a team to join, I’m a solo runner
based in Salem, OR. I’m wanting to run my first ever HTC
experience. I train in Salem and do OTF. I have ran a half
marathon, many 5k’s, and am looking to have some fun running
this. I train 4x a week and average 15-20 miles. I am
competitive but also just want to have a good time and meet some

Hi! We are looking for 1 runner for our van. We have done H2C
many times - we aren’t competitive and our paces are from
7:30/mile to 10/mile. Let me know if you want more info.

hello this is ed our team is the crawdaddy crawlers. we are a
mixed team with ages from 30-50 avg pace around 9-10. we boil
enjoy having you on the tram if you are still looking. feel free
