       F30 Seeking to Join a Team - has TSP relay experience - sub40 10
        km, sub19 5 km

       Hello everyone,
I have just discovered this fantastic race and I would love to
       take part.
       Quick Facts:
       Age/Gender: 30 F
       Location: Whistler, BC, Canada
Relay Experience: Yes, TSP ATA 2024
       PRs: 5 km = 18:53, 10 km = 39:03
Longest Solo Race: 50 miles (SQ50)
       Toughness: Tougher than nails
Personality: Easy-going, friendly, chatty, optimistic, loves new
       experiences/challenges
What I'll bring to the team: everything I've got, support,
encouragement, organization, reliability, can-do attitude, fun
I have strong mountain legs that are prepped for running fast on
the roads and I have relay experience. This past November I
participated in the The Speed Project Atacama (TSP ATA) relay
across the Atacama Desert in Chile which involved ~500 km of
running, reaching an altitude of over 4400 m. There were 6 of us
on the team and we each ran ~75-90 km with intervals ranging
from 200 m - 3 km and took 43 hrs and 37 mins to complete with
almost no sleep. I have been running for 16 years, from high
school track/cross country, to varsity cross country in
university, to road races, to trail running. I have been
focusing on trail/ultrarunning the last couple years and have
completed races up to 50 miles. I have a mix of speed and the
ability to run long durations on repeat. I have experience with
doing relay races and the physical/mental impact of long
duration events including sleep deprivation. I have raced in
atmospheric rivers, heat waves, at altitude, in snowstorms, in
strong winds etc. I can handle it all.
If you think I sound like a good fit for your team. Please reach
       out :)

Hi! We have a co-ed team ranging in age from early 30s to
mid-40s. This will be our 5th HTC and we're averaging around a
7:45-7:50 pace as a team. We're looking for a few more speedy
friends so we can compete for a top 6 finish in our division
(top 6 teams get to bypass the lottery the next year). We're
primarily based out of Seattle, but have a few runners from
Philly and NYC. Fun and very organized team!
