F37 seeking team - not new to relays!

Hello! My name is Rebecca and I'd love to join a HTC team this
year!
I'm brand new to Portland, but not new to running or to relays.
I just completed The Speed Project, a relay race from Los
Angeles to Las Vegas (our route was 290 miles w/ 6 runners). I
have also crewed the aforementioned race 4x.
I love to run trails but kick it on the road too. My paces are
somewhere around the following...
5k = 8:00-8:15 (Garmin predicts 7:45 [emoji50], but I don't want
to make any promises)
10k = 8:30ish?
Half = 9:15 at last (mostly flat) race (May 2024)
Easy/conversational = 10:30+

Brown Note Blues is looking for runners. We are a Non
competitive team looking for three runners for Van two. Start
time is 3:05am. Ages range from mid 30’s to almost 60. Majority
mile times are around 8 minute miles. Van 2- Legs 7 & 8

runner has a work emergency and can’t make it. We are primarily
medical folks- mixed open team and won’t be competitive in that
class. We have a lot of experience in each van, and I can
