Looking for a fun team 1 or maybe 2 runners

Hi! I am Kenneth, a casual/competitive runner. I can run around
the 8:00 pace, but I can also speed up to a 7:00 or slow to an
8:30. I am looking for a fun casual team to join and just enjoy
the experience! I am 36, and might be able to bring my father in
law along with me if 2 slots are needed!
