49 Year old Widdow maker survivor looking for an awesome team!

Hi!
I am a power lifter turned runner. During my first 5k in
December, I suffered a widdow maker with a 99% blockage of my
LAD artery. This resulted in a quadruple bypass.
Fortunately the doctors were amazing and had me back to running
the next 5k 8 weeks later.
I am not the fastest, but I won't quit. It would mean the world
to join your team.
The upshot of having a old slow guy on your team is you will
have a little bit more time to rest :)

Hi, We are a very fun, non competitive co-ed team with mostly
repeat runners of several years. I have done almost 30 myself.
We have an opening in van 2. We are 30+ hour team and usually
get a very early start time so expect Van 2 to be in Sandy
Friday morning perhaps around 10:00am. You can meet the van in
Portland about an hour before that. Just let me know by email

post. I just had a runner come down with COVID. I now have a
seat in Van 2. If you are interested please let me know ASAP.
Since we are only 3 days away, I am also responding to other
