25 M runner from Seattle looking to join a team

This would be my first time doing a relay and it looks really
exciting. I could probably avg. 7:30 for the legs. I maybe able
to go faster or slower depending on elevation/fitness by then,
but I have no measure of fitness changes during such a relay so
take this with a grain of salt. I've raced two road 10ks at
6:45-6:50 pace and mostly run casually (~20 miles/week). I am
very happy to join a chill team looking to enjoy the race. Also
open to explore a somewhat competitive team.
