Hello! We've had a few runners drop recently and looking to
replace runners as soon as possible! We are open to any pace
runner and we're a coed team.

Hi Marcia. I'm a 39 year old female looking to join a mixed HTC
team! I used to run cross country and track in high school and
college and have just recently gotten back into the running and
ultimate frisbee groove. I can run forever at a 10min pace so
I’m looking for a team that is just wanting to have fun and do
their best. I’ve never run the relay before, but I’d love to
change that.

Hello Marcia, my nephew and I are looking to join a HTC Team. I
am 33 and run a sub 8 pace. I've done HTC three times so I can
help with experience if needed (: My nephew does cross country
and lacrosse and is at about a 7 minute pace. We'd love to jump
on your team.

Hi Marcia, My husband and I are looking to join a team. We've
each done HTC multiple times (always Van 2) and would love to do
it again. We are 66 & 68 respectively, and run regularly. Pace
from 9-11 min miles. I see you've had a lot of replies, but
